One More Dram
Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
One More Dram is a journal for what you drink. It keeps what you put in it, and nothing else. There is no advertising, no tracking, and nothing is sold to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you give us. There is no third-party analytics and no advertising network.
- Your account — email address, a username, a display name, and an optional profile photo. Your password is stored only as a hash, by our authentication provider; nobody at One More Dram can read it.
- Your collection — the bottles you add, and anything you record about them: purchase price and date, where you bought it, storage notes, your own tasting notes.
- Your reviews — ratings, notes, flavour tags, an optional photo, and the date you tasted something.
- Your wishlist, and the accounts you follow and reviews you like.
- Anything you send us through the in-app feedback form.
- A confirmation that you are of legal drinking age, with the date you gave it, because this is a drinks product.
What is visible to other people
Most of what you record is private to you. Your collection, your wishlist, your purchase prices and your unshared reviews are visible only to you.
A review becomes visible to other signed-in people only when you switch on Share this review publicly. Shared reviews appear on your profile and in the feed of people who follow you. Your username, display name, photo, and your follower and following counts are visible to other signed-in people. None of this is visible to the open internet — every page except this one, the terms, and the landing page requires an account.
Bottles you add to the shared catalogue become part of a catalogue everyone can search. That entry is about the product, not about you, and it carries no personal information.
Where it is stored
- The database and your account are hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States (Oregon).
- Images you upload are stored in Amazon S3 and served through Amazon CloudFront.
- The site itself is served by Vercel.
- Account emails — password resets and address confirmations — are sent through Resend. We do not send marketing email.
If you are outside the United States, using the service means your data is transferred there.
Cookies
One cookie, and it is the one that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and nothing that follows you to other sites — which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile page. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deleting removes your account, profile, collection, reviews, wishlist, follows, likes and feedback.
Two things deliberately survive, and you should know about both:
- Entries you added to the shared spirits catalogue stay, with your name detached from them. They describe products rather than people, and other people's collections point at them.
- Images you uploaded may remain in storage for a period after deletion. They are no longer shown anywhere in the app. We are working on removing them at the same time as the rest.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion is self-serve, as above. For a copy of your data or a correction you cannot make yourself, write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
One More Dram is not for anyone below the legal drinking age where they live. We do not knowingly keep accounts for them. If you believe such an account exists, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who can see it, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
