Terms of Service

You must be of legal drinking age in the country you live in, and you confirm that when you create an account. If you are not, you may not use One More Dram, and we will close the account if we find out.

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.

One More Dram is early software offered free of charge. Features will change and some will be removed. It may be unavailable without warning. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. We take regular backups and have tested restoring from them, but no backup is a guarantee.

Your tasting notes, ratings and photos belong to you. We do not claim ownership and we do not sell them.

You give us permission to store your content and to display it inside the app, to you and to the people you have chosen to share it with. That permission exists only so the product can work, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

When you add a bottle that is not already listed, you are contributing an entry to a catalogue that everyone uses. Those entries describe products, carry no personal information, and stay in the catalogue if you later delete your account, because other people's collections point at them.

New entries are reviewed before they become visible to other people. We may edit or remove an entry that is wrong or duplicated.

Do not:

• post anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading
• upload an image you do not have the right to use
• impersonate anyone, or try to reach another person's account
• scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to other people's content
• probe or interfere with the service or the people using it

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.

Nothing here is health advice. This is a journal for recording what you drink, not encouragement to drink more of it. Please drink responsibly, and follow the law where you live.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. What is removed and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice first and a way to get your data out.

To the extent the law allows, One More Dram is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use One More Dram after that means you accept the new version.
